Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship across India only.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small COD handling fee may be charged at checkout.

What payment methods are available?

You can complete your purchase using any of the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Debit Card / Credit Card
  • UPI
  • Bank Transfer

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • 5–7 business days for metro cities
  • 5–10 business days for other locations

During launches, sale periods, or high order volumes, deliveries may take slightly longer.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email, or WhatsApp.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect after dispatch.

Change of Delivery Address

To request a change in delivery address, please contact us before your order is dispatched.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, we may not be able to modify the address.

Out-of-Stock Items

In rare cases, if an item becomes unavailable after placing an order, we will contact you regarding a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update so we can assist you further.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled after billing.
